1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at anbaalayasainikcoachingcenter.com, enrolling in any coaching program, or making a payment to the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on behalf of the student.

2. Services

Anbaalaya Sainik Academy provides coaching and test preparation services for the following entrance examinations:

• AISSEE (All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination) for Class 6 and Class 9 admission.
• RMS (Rashtriya Military School) entrance examination.
• RIMC (Rashtriya Indian Military College) entrance examination.

Our programs are offered in the following formats:

• Online Coaching: Live and recorded classes, study materials, mock tests, and mentoring delivered through digital platforms.
• Residential Coaching: Full-time, campus-based preparation at our centre next to Sainik School Main Gate, Amaravathinagar, Udumalpet.
• Summer Camp: Intensive short-term residential programs during summer holidays.

3. Enrollment & Fees

Program fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrollment. The Academy reserves the right to revise fees for future batches. Key enrollment terms include:

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment of fees.
• Instalment plans are available for Residential Coaching programs. Details and schedule will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
• All fees must be paid through the payment methods specified by the Academy.
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of access to classes and materials.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by program:

• Online Complete Path: Comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
• Residential Coaching: Fees are non-refundable after 15 days from the date of enrollment. Withdrawal requests received within 15 days will be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable administrative charges.
• Summer Camp: Summer camp fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, due to the limited seats and advance planning involved.

5. Student Conduct

Anbaalaya Sainik Academy is committed to maintaining a disciplined and respectful learning environment. All students are expected to:

• Follow the rules and schedule of the Academy, both in online and residential settings.
• Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Maintain academic integrity and refrain from cheating or dishonest behaviour during tests and assignments.
• Use study materials and digital platforms responsibly.

The Academy reserves the right to dismiss a student for serious or repeated misconduct, including but not limited to: violence, bullying, substance abuse, destruction of property, or persistent indiscipline. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anbaalaya Sainik Academy provides high-quality coaching, study materials, and mentoring to prepare students for entrance examinations. However, the Academy does not guarantee specific exam results, selection, or admission to any school. Examination outcomes depend on many factors including the student's own effort, performance on exam day, and policies of the examining authority.

The Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Intellectual Property

All study materials, mock tests, video lessons, question banks, worksheets, and other educational content provided by Anbaalaya Sainik Academy are the proprietary intellectual property of the Academy. Students and parents agree to the following:

• Materials are provided solely for the personal academic use of the enrolled student.
• Materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, or uploaded to any platform without the express written permission of the Academy.
• Violation of intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and potential legal action.

8. Changes to Terms

The Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
